We offer tasty and sophisticated cuisine of seasonal ingredients. If you visit Juhaku every day, we can offer various different courses upon your request. We welcome you to try our deepest and time-honored cuisine, the “shinise ryoutei” taste.
We welcome you with our delicate hospitality, the kind of which can be found in the spirit of the tea ceremony, which has been woven with “wabi”, the beauty of simplicity and quietness, and “sabi”, the beauty of loneliness and tranquility, offers you sophisticated customs and practices.
For customers who aren’t comfortable sitting on the flat tranquil tatami mat rooms, we canprepare opened foothold seat (hori-kotatsu style). You can comfortably sit and enjoy the meal. Please inform us of your likes and dislikes and foot allergies beforehand. We can change the menu according to the circumstances.
According to the occasion, we can prepare a small room or a large party room where maintains a degree of privacy. We can prepare a small room which suits for two persons to relax, and also a big party room (ozashiki) according to your requirement.
